Furious Tater Tots

- 5 tablespoons of Angry Assassin
- 1 bag of tater tots
- 1 bag of shredded cheese (four cheese variety)
- 1/4 bottle of Ken's buttermilk ranch dressing
- 1 tsp of cilantro
- 1 tsp of garlic
- 1/2 tsp of lemon
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
Directions (for the sauce):
Add 5 Tablespoons of Angry Assassin to Ken's buttermilk ranch dressing (or more if you want it hotter).
Add garlic, paprika, and lemon
Easy on the lemon. Use as much garlic as you like but it gets stronger as it sits in the refrigerator. Paprika for some color.
For the tater tots:
Bake the tater tots in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Put them in a dish when done and sprinkle them with shredded cheese.
Put the dish under the broiler until the cheese is melted.
Drizzle the sauce you made earlier over the top adding scallions and cilantro.
