- 1 pound ground beef or chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Ogre Punch
- 12 taco shells
- Toppings: guacamole, diced onions, shredded cheese, sliced jalapenos, and fresh cilantro
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and red bell pepper, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef or chicken to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in Ogre Punch hot sauce until well combined.
Preheat taco shells according to package instructions.
To assemble the tacos, spoon the beef or chicken mixture into the taco shells. Top with guacamole, diced onions, shredded cheese, sliced jalapenos, and fresh cilantro.
