Citrus up front, heat in the rear!!

I love this sauce! I grow habanero peppers with the citrus smell and the great heat in the end. This sauce had it all. I put it on some BBQ glazed pork chops and I have to say it's on of the best I've had. i can't wait to try the others!

BBQ glazed pork chops sounds amazing! Glad you're enjoying the sauces Jason!

Tasty Hot

I've tried five of the sauces, and I'd give all five a 5 star rating. I've tried many hot sauces in this country and others, and of in the salsa-type these are the best hot sauces I've ever tasted. Most hot sauces are hot but don't have much in the way of taste. These are more like the quality of Indian food you'd get at a good Indian restaurant in southeast Asia -- quite hot but also intensely and deliciously flavorful. If you don't like things really hot, I guess you could dilute them with a good quality mild salsa, since the flavors are wonderful.
