We'll do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your order. Because our hot sauces are food products, we are not able to accept exchanges or refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order. Send us a photo of the damaged item(s), along with your order number to email@example.com and we will replace the damaged item(s) free of charge.
Most orders will ship out within 1-2 days after ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped by a standard price based on your location and the weight of the items you've purchased.
We currently ship mostly through USPS. If we ship through another carrier, your shipping confirmation email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and will provide you with a tracking link. You can view the status of your package once you've received your tracking number, by going to track.furioussauces.com.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Join the Furious Sauces Club to be notified when we open shipping up to other countries!
