This hot sauce is a tropical sensation of pineapple mixed with hot habanero peppers, creating an explosively sweet taste. Its name comes from Monstera deliciosa, a plant that grows in tropical forests which, when its fruit ripens, smells and tastes like pineapple.

This is my favorite hot sauce! Little sweet and spicy. I put it on most things. Love it on my eggs

Pretty good !

I really like the flavor of both sauces I purchased and them being low sodium is even better . Only thing I'd like is a milder one . I got both mediums and they're pretty spicy

Is great with salsa

This sauce is absolutely amazing mixed in with salsa. Great balance of heat and flavor. The pineapple makes this a great summer sauce for BBQs.

If you haven't tried it on fish yet, we definitely recommend! It's our go-to sauce for anything seafood as well!

Furious Sauces' Monstera's Agony Hot Sauce

Pineapple Marmalade - I've yet to have a hot sauce based on marmalade before! This is my first review from a Furious Sauces offering, these guys seem to have a knack for creating tasty sweet-based sauces. Along with the Pineapple Marmalade, ingredients pineapple juice, habanero peppers, crushed pineapples, and then the usual hot sauce fanfare of onions, sugar, salt, and yada yada. This concoction is a some of it's parts. Upon first taste you get a pineapple flavored rush of sweetness (but not overly pineapple-y), and then comes the burn of the habaneros. This sauce is not particularly not, especially in the realm of /r/spicy but it does have a noteworthy kick. Especially if you use this sauce what I believe it may be destined to be, doused on chicken wings for some sweet and spicy wings. Monstera's Agony paris best with chicken or shrimp, as well as other seafood or heck maybe a cheese and crackers spread. This Furious Sauce doesn't seem so angry, in fact it's quite sweet. But if you drench your protein in this stuff you'll definitely feel the heat.

We named this sauce after the Monstera plant that is native to Mexico and tropical rain forests. The plant itself grows a fruit called 'Monstera Deliciosa' (The Delicious Monster) which looks and tastes like pineapple.

Sweet heat!

A great sauce to give pork or shrimp a kick, a hint of sweet, but then watch out! Not just hot, but lots of flavor too.

We absolutely love Monstera's Agony on coconut shrimp!
