Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, where you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt and/or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at orders@furioussauces.com with the above information. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Damaged Items

If your item(s) have arrived damaged please email us at orders@furioussauces.com along with a photo of the damaged item(s) so that we can evaluate and send replacements if necessary to make things right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, if approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
