Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Monstera's Agony hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Monstera's Agony hot sauce. Blend until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust the heat level by adding more hot sauce if desired.

  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

  4. Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking. Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill, skin side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush Monstera's Agony generously over the salmon fillets. Flip the fillets once to coat both sides evenly. Reserve some sauce for serving.

  6. Remove the salmon from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle with the remaining sauce.

  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately. Accompany with steamed rice, grilled vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Note: The level of spiciness can be adjusted to your preference by adding more or less Monstera's Agony hot sauce.

Enjoy the explosive flavors of this spicy pineapple glazed grilled salmon! Bon appétit!
